Hi guys,

Welcome to my blog for an awesome entry into this weeks social media challenge. This week i will like to write about one of my battles. There’s this particular battle that I enjoyed yesterday and I thought of bringing it to you.

So when I started spl I used to hate the magic reflect Ruleset so much. The reason why I hated it was I used to like using magic summoner and magic cards so much. So that was the reason. Now someone will be surprised to see that I used so many magic cards in this game and yet I still won.

So in this game the rulesets were.

Aimless: All monsters have the scattershot ability. What this means is that ranged and magic attacks hit a a random enemy target. I don’t like this Ruleset cause I went in with a taunt card and it wasn’t good for me.

Heavy hitters: All monsters have the knockout ability. Does double damage when attacking an enemy that is stunned. This wasn’t in play in this game cause none of us went in for a stunner card.

magic reflect: all monsters have the magic reflect abilty. What this means is that when a card is attacked by a magic card it retaliates with half of the attackers magic effect.

For this game I went in for an earth summoner Called the Immortalis summoner. I am fortunate enough to have a max of this summoner so I get to enjoy all of its abilities.

The immortalis summoner gives your cards the shatter ability. The magic void ability and then it’s removes -1 health from all your opponent cards.

My first card was pelacor, a melee card with heal ability, flying ability, and retaliate ability.

Mycelic spawn, a magic card with taunt ability, forcefield and slow ability.

Regal peryton, a magic card with flying ability.

Next being the magi of chaos, a magic card with oppress ability.

Next being goblin psychic, a magic card with tank heal, affliction, silence and dispel ability.

Last being supply runner, a range card with swiftness and strengthen ability.

Let’s rumble.

Having the shutter ability was a good thing for me as my opponent came in with a lot of shield. With my shutter in place it was an easy removal of my opponents diemonsharks shield. Even though it did give it the enrage ability it was scary. In this round one none of my opponents card was killed

In the middle of round 2 I was literally begging for someone to perform an attack on my opponents diemonshark but none of my card did that since there was the scattershot Ruleset.

Well luckily someone had the balls to perform an attack on my opponents supply runner.

In round 3, my pelacor had the balls to perform an attack on my opponent’s diemonshark and killed it. I was fortunate the card didn’t perform a retaliate ability on my pelacor.

Round 4, my mycelic was killed with ease cause it was affected by my opponent’s poison attack. He did a great thing and killed my supply runner as well.

Well I killed one of his cards against and from there onwards I was on my way to win the match easily.

At this stage my pelacors retaliate was doing wonders. With this retaliate it was doing great for me.

The game was one in round 8 and that was an attribute to my opponent’s string resilience.

I enjoyed this game especially because of the magic reflect ability.
