Best Decision Ever
I started my alt Golem Overlord account 4 days ago and I gotta say that buying 8 PART to get the account going was the best decision I could have made.
I do think you can start an account without any PART investment but a small investment of PART is going to speed up your progress by probably a week or more.
It's insanely tough to keep your PART if you don't have fortification so if all you do is buy enough to upgrade your fortification you'll be ahead.
Where I'm at Now
Now I'm at 4 Fortification and in a 10 hour stretch last night, I didn't have any PART taken from me. I was able to collect my full amount of 6.7 PART. 🙌
I've become addicted to this game. The gameplay itself is so simple. You collect PART (and SHARD) and then you burn it. But there's so much strategy involved with how you spend your PART.
I'm not sure what I want to level up next. Probably algorithm so I can start earning more PART. But I'm also tempted to put my PART into reputation so I can level up faster while there's an event going that helps you level up faster.
You can never have enough Fortification so I could save up for that too... 🤔
The Game is Growing Fast!
With this game in Alpha, changes are coming fast and furious. It's so exciting to see this game growing so fast. PARTs are going for 2 Hive each right now and SHARDS are going for 1.2 Hive.
It's because the game mechanics encourage you to burn the PART so we're all burning it as fast as we get it.
And SHARDS are dropped so sparingly that everybody is hoarding them. I'm convinced that once SHARDs have utility, nobody will have enough.
