I wish Nintendo was forward-thinking enough to convert their Mario Kart franchise into a play-to-earn game. Imagine if every coin in the game was actually one satoshi. No messing around. No shit coins. You collect actual Bitcoins in gameplay. They are just 1 billionth of a Bitcoin, which is what a satoshi is. Can you imagine how much Bitcoin you would have today if every coin you ever collected in every Mario game was actually a satoshi? I doubt anyone would have a full Bitcoin, but we'd have enough to make us happy.

Nintendo has about 300 years of cash reserves and they don't want to tarnish their brand which is primarily children safe from scammers stealing their crypto so I can understand why they are avoiding NFTs and crypto in general so we'll have to settle for this clone, Kitty Kart.

It's a little bit better than the Nintendo 64 version and it sometimes feels like the modern version you can play on the Switch. The controls are a lot more rigid than in Mario Kart but it's a good thing because it works well when using the keyboard.

I couldn't get it to work on my Linux computer but the .exe file installed on my Windows 10 device fine. The controls use the standard keyboard controls that are used in most games and the music is pretty cool. I have no idea how you earn anything in this game yet. I have to learn how to win first. Even if this wasn't a play-to-earn game I would still play it because I've already memorized every Mario Kart track and this is the best clone to come along so far.
