The portal of this game is the component item anvils. It's not a portal that affects the game too much, but at least you can give your caster an item of your choice if you're just a little bit lucky. I recommend using them after the minion round so that you can choose items that are compatible with the component items from the minions.
Combat Caster is one of the best augments in the game if you're playing a composition where your champions are constantly using abilities, gaining between 80-160 shields depending on the tier when your champions use abilities.
I lost every round in the early game, which means a losing streak. This is to be expected as this composition gets stronger in the late game.
I chose Prismatic Ticket as the second augment because there are a lot of champions I need to make 3 stars and that means a lot of refreshes. The Prismatic Ticket gives you a 50% chance of getting a free refresh every time your shop refreshes. If you are lucky, you can get 10 free refreshes in a row.
By the end of the mid-game I was in a great situation. I know I'm level 5 and I have 27 gold, but now I've managed to make all my champions 3-stars. Zoe, Ahri, Poppy and Lillia are 3-stars so now all I have to do is reach level 8 to complete my composition.
The main carriers of my composition are Zoe and Ahri. Zoe's best items are Blue Buff, Nashor's Tooth and Jeweled Gauntlet. Ahri's best items are exactly the same as Zoe's. You can also choose Lillia and Poppy as tanks. I recommend giving your best tank items to Poppy because I think she is a better tank.
For the last augment, I chose Blossoming Lotus, which allows your team to crit with their abilities, and gives them a 5% chance to crit every 3 seconds.
One of the best things about this composition is that with 4 Bastion at level 6 you have a very tanky frontline and you can give Ahri and Zoe enough time to kill the opponent.
As you can see, I can easily beat even a very strong Multistriker composition, and my main tanks can deal damage just like the carriers.
Here I have reached level 8 and now my composition is complete. I activated 4 Bastion, 4 Scholar, 3 Portal, 2 Arcana and 2 Witchcraft, which is much more powerful when you use Millio instead of Bard in the late game.
Even though I am very strong, this Eldritch composition is stronger than me because it has 3 star Syndra and has strengthened its creature with School Mascot augment.
After Ryze became a 2-star, he became one of the carries in my composition. Spear of Shojin, Rabadon's Deathcap and Guinsoo's Rageblade are his best items.
I finally got strong enough to beat this opponent because I made all my champions two-stars.
Even though he tried his best, he couldn't beat me. Even if I lost 1 round, Ryze would probably have 3 stars and he would never beat me after that. Maybe it could have been a much more epic ending, but who cares, I won.
