Today, I’m here to present you with a kind of guide on how to get into the Moon Karts project. For those who don’t know what I’m talking about, this is a project hosted on our beloved blockchain, which I like to call the Mario Kart of Hive.
This is a project that is already up and running and is part of the ARCADE COLONY universe, where another Hive gaming icon called @splinterlands is also housed.
Although you can try out the project for free, the focus of this post is on how to earn rewards in the game’s races. To do this, we need a few things, which I will mention below:
▶️NFTs: In the game, there is a wide variety of items represented as tires, drivers, powers, and other things. These NFTs have different rarities that can enhance your in-game equipment for your car. The most important things are to have a car, some wheels, and a driver; with that, you’ll be able to enter the races.
▶️SCRIPTS: This is the game’s native token, and if we want to earn rewards in the races, we need to stake 4 of these tokens to get fuel for the races (this is done within the game). You can get this token here under the following name:

It’s important to note that the total amount of fuel obtained is based on the total staked NFTs that have this feature.
To clarify, in order to earn rewards in the races, there must be at least 4 players, and you must finish in the top 2. If the race has more than 5 players, you must finish in the top 3 and collect the COLONY token scattered on the track to earn profits.
▶️HOW TO GET NFTs
At the moment, there are only two options. The first is to buy packs on HiveEngine or TribalDex and try your luck, and the second is to buy individual NFTs in the in-game market based on what you need.

It’s important to note that NFTs are purchased with the SCRIPTS token, and you need to send it to your in-game account to complete this task.
▶️THE GAME MENU
The menu is very intuitive, but from here, we can open packs, equip our NFTs, stake tokens and assets, and most importantly, enter the races.
Well, now you’re ready to embark on the Moon Karts races. Maybe we’ll meet on the track and race together.
In conclusion, this is a game that’s still under development, but what I appreciate is that the team is working to improve the gaming experience. I had the chance to talk to some of the team, and they told me that an update is coming soon, along with competitions, so stay tuned.

Hoy vengo a presentarles una especie de guia de como entrar al proyecto Moon Karts; para los que no sepan de que hablo este es un proyecto alojado en nuestra querida blockchain, el cual yo lo llamo el mario kart de hive.
Este es un proyecto que actualmente ya esta funcionando y hace parte del universo de ARCADE COLONY donde esta otro icono gaming de hive llamado @splinterlands.
Aunque podes entrar a probar el proyecto free, el enfoque de este post es poder obtener recompensas en las carreras del juego.
Para eso necesitamos ciertas cosas que les mencionare a continuación:
NFTS: Dentro del juego tenemos gran variedad de artículos que están representados como llantas, pilotos, poderes entre otras cosas. Dichos nfts tienen diferentes rarezas que pueden mejorar tu equipamiento en el juego para tu coche.
Lo mas importante es tener un carro, unas ruedas y un piloto; ya con eso podrías entrar a las carreras.
SCRIPTS: Este es el token nativo del juego y si queremos obtener recompensas en las carreras debemos poner en stake 4 de estos token y así obtener gasolina para las carreras ( esto se hace desde el juego ).
Este token lo pueden obtener desde aquí con este nombre:
Importante el total de gasolina obtenida se basa en el acumulado de tus NFT en stake que tienen esta característica.
Para aclarar que en las carreras para obtener recompensas, deben haber mínimo 4 jugadores y debes quedar entre los 2 primeros puestos o si es una partida de mas de 5 jugadores quedar en el top 3 , como también recoger el token COLONY que esta repartido en la pista para obtener ganancias.
COMO OBTENER NFTS
Bueno en el momento solo hay 2 opciones, la primera es comprar los packs en hiveengine o tribaltex y probar suerte y lo otro es comprar los nfts individualmente en el mercado del juego según lo que te haga falta.

Importante los nfts se compran con el token SCRIPTS y debes mandarlo a tu cuenta interna del juego para poder realizar esta tarea.
EL MENU DEL JUEGO.
Este es muy intuitivo pero desde aquí podemos abrir los packs, equipar nuestro nfts, poner en stake los tokens y los activos; y lo mas importante pues entrar a las carreras.
Bueno ya estas listos para embarcarte en las partidas de Moon Karts, quizás nos encontremos en las carreras para que compitamos juntos.
En conclusión es un juego que esta construcción, pero lo que valoro es que están trabajando en el proyecto para que la experiencia de juego sea mejor. Pude hablar con algunos del equipo y me dice que se viene una actualización próximamente como también concursos, así que este atento.
