Hello to my hive community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well. In this blog, I will discuss some principles of fitness. How my father remains fit at the age of 67. I will share his daily routine activities.
He is living a very simple life. He gets up very early in the morning and offers his fajar prayer. Then he starts doing his domestic chores. He asks us not to use the bike in our daily routine life. If we are to go to buy some essential commodities, we use bikes for it. But he never used a bike, and always preferred walking over riding on bike 🚳.
Another good habit that he adopts is having his dinner very early. He has his dinner at 06 PM. He never ate his dinner late at night. He asks us when the sun is set, no need to have lunch. After the sun sets, time of dinner is over. So his habit of having dinner in the evening l, makes him fit and healthy. He says that our stomach works well all day. But at night, it doesn't work better. That's why his stomach works well even at the age of 67.
He prefers homemade food over junk food and food from hotels. He forbids us to go to restaurants to have food. The secret of his fitness is that he always eats homemade food.
He offers his prayers five times a day and asks us to do this. He remains neat and clean. Cleanliness is part of our faith. So he remains neat and clean.
Another thing that I learned from it is unity. My father unites our family with his wise decisions. He always asks us to remain united.
