The coffee cup

Someone knocks into you or jerks your arm when you're holding a cup of coffee, and you spill coffee all over the place.
You spilled the coffee—why?
"As somebody pushed on me!"

Incorrect response.
There was coffee in your cup, which is why your coffee spilled.
You would have spilled the tea if it had been there.
You will pour out what's in the cup.
That means that whatever is within you will surface when life disturbs you, which it will. Up to a test, it's simple to pass for someone else.
That means we need to question ourselves, "What's in my cup?"
When things get hard in life, what spills over?
Happy, thankful, at peace, and humble?
Anger, resentment, a victim mindset, and a want to give up?
You are given the cup by life, but it is up to you to fill it.

We strive to fill our cups today with words of affirmation, positivism, forgiveness, appreciation, and compassion, gentleness, and love toward others.
