Enjoy the natural beauty around the village full of history

Hello friends! Greetings to all of you, today we meet again in the #outdoorsandmore community. At this meeting I will share some pictures when I was in an area full of history and natural beauty around it. The following is my story in the open world

Today one of my friends and I agreed to go for an afternoon walk while enjoying the various natural beauties around us. We decided to enjoy the natural beauty around the Malikussaleh royal area because in this area the nature is still very natural and beautiful. Our main destination was the beach behind the royal area. Before leaving here we bought typical Acehnese coffee and fried foods to enjoy while we were on the beach. At 4 pm we left from our usual place to hang out. We left early because we had several places we had to go to due to our needs.

enjoy the beauty of nature

At 4:40 in the afternoon we arrived at our first destination, which was the most comfortable and calm beach, here we were the two of us and there were only a few visitors in the area, here the atmosphere was very comfortable and calm. Only the sound of the waves crashing and the sound of the wind in the middle can be heard, this area is prohibited from using loudspeakers such as sound systems and other noisy items. There are also no sellers setting up shops in this beach area, sellers are only allowed to sell at the end/entrance gate, because local residents still strictly guard this beach so that visitors can enjoy nature without human touch. Sitting while telling stories and taking some pictures is really fun for me.

complement the atmosphere

The supplies we brought and enjoyed here were typical Acehnese coffee, fried foods and cigarettes. If you don't have these three provisions when you are at the beach you will feel really empty, it feels really good to drink coffee and eat fried food while listening to the sound of the waves crashing.

failed to enjoy the sunset

At 5:30 in the afternoon the sun was almost setting and the waves were starting to calm down, visitors started arriving to enjoy the sunset, right next to where we were sitting there was a husband and wife who had just come with the aim of enjoying the sunset, the four of us sat chatting and they asked Me, will the sunset be visible today? I answered no, because soon the sun will be covered by black clouds and we won't be able to enjoy the sunset, their expressions were very disappointed because they heard my explanation and what they hoped for would not come true, I also said that we would soon be leaving for home because we can't see what we want. 15 minutes later we immediately went home.

parking area

At 6:15 in the afternoon I arrived at the parking lot, you can zoom in on the picture of my motorbike's speedometer. There you can clearly see what time we started going home.
When I arrived at the parking lot I saw a very beautiful view. In the parking lot there were only two motorbikes visible๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I don't know why other visitors don't dare to park their vehicles near my vehicle even though this is the safest place and the place furthest from sea water. They prefer to park their vehicles close to sea water even though it is very dangerous because the sea water is now at high tide, there are several visitors' vehicles that have been hit by broken waves, this is the risk of visiting beaches that are not managed and entry fees are not charged so that We don't know the area's safety and security, but it doesn't matter, this area is very safe from theft.

return trip

At 6:30pm we were still on our way. The first spot that caught my attention was the cemetery which was on a hill and there were several large trees growing in the cemetery area, the atmosphere was very scary here I only took two pictures and immediately continued my journey because you still had one more destination so there wasn't much time that we can spend on the trip.

Pasai Ocean Museum

At 6:45 we arrived at our final destination, namely the Malikussaleh Museum which is in North Aceh district, Ocean sub-district, Jalan Mayjen Tengku Islamiah, Bandahara village. Actually, our goal was to open here but to the Malikussaleh kingdom because it was almost evening prayer time, we couldn't enter because the entrance gate to the kingdom was closed to visitors. I will come here again to take pictures and learn the history of the Malikussaleh kingdom which is not far from my village. Because I had already arrived, I decided to just come to the museum because the museum area was never closed, only the museum was closed๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„ here I took some pictures of the museum tower and the museum. It's a shame that the museum and tower area looks like it hasn't been looked after, grass grows around the museum and tower area, the museum area is still quite clean, but the tower area is very worrying, around the tower it's like an area that has never been looked after and there are puddles of water everywhere except in the front area. It's a shame that a museum full of history is in this condition. This museum started functioning in 2017, not June. The last time I came here was in 2015 when I was still in high school. At that time I was very excited to come here and the museum and tower were still under construction. 7 December 2023 I returned here even though the distance from my village to here is only 4km๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I was curious because I saw several photos on social media of this building which was very beautiful, yes the building is beautiful but the environment is very โฌ‡๏ธโฌ‡๏ธ.

The museum is not far from the kingdom of Sultan Malikussaleh. This location is not in the middle of the city as in the news, but this location is in a village not far from the beach. This museum collects historical objects from the 8th century, which were previously at the intersection in the royal area. The museum stores approximately 500 types of traditional objects and historical artifacts. The oldest objects in the museum are ceramic plates and bowls found by residents in the area of โ€‹โ€‹the Sulthan Malikussaleh Samudra Pasai kingdom, which is the oldest kingdom in the archipelago. The following are the collections in this museum: dirham currency, a currency made of gold which served as a means of payment during the kingdom and wealth of Aceh Darussalam. 1050 books. 50 books and 20 tales of the sabil war, most of the 20 tales contain stories that ignited the spirit of jihad of the residents of the city of Veranda of Mecca during the war against the Dutch colonialists.
