My passion for soccer was born in my high school days, and from there began a gathering that for a long time connected me in a close and special way to this sport. My enjoyment for watching it was very great and it was evident every time I had the opportunity to play, live and feel that pleasant sensation of scoring a goal and savoring the triumph. So with such a background, anything related to soccer can awaken my interest and curiosity, a pleasant case that I was able to experience thanks to a Youtube channel called "Planeta Gol".
This channel was based on the TV show of the same name, and was hosted by Fernando Lavecchia and Pablo Gonzalez. All the information revolved around soccer, from the best plays to the strangest curiosities that can occur in this sport. In most cases it was presented as a kind of top, in which these two excellent commentators developed the information with a lot of objectivity, respect and a touch of fun. How did I get to know this channel?
Like many, the pandemic led me to explore social networks more constantly than usual, which led me to find more soccer-related information. I remember that one night while exploring several YouTube videos I saw a title that said: "Planeta Gol: Copa de Tanzania", and so without much hesitation I decided to see what it was all about. I admit that I laughed a lot with the video and the way these two drivers presented the video, and I enjoyed it so much that I kept watching the same video for many days. It was then that I discovered this channel and without thinking twice I started watching other videos related to this program.
I have always thought about the talent that many people have to transmit information to the public in a way that you end up enjoying the interaction between the presenters. In this aspect, you even perceive the respect and prudence with which they handled certain topics, without falling into mockery or destructive criticism that can easily develop in a sport like soccer. For example, I remember that in one of their programs the top was related to "bad penalties", and although some were a bit embarrassing, I never forget the comments they made to a young man who, although he did very badly, they called for calm and rather encouraged support and solidarity so that this did not affect the young player more than normal.
Being an Argentine program, most of the videos presented were related to Argentine soccer, players and coaches in and out of the local league. Even so, there was also space to highlight anecdotes and curiosities that happened in other parts of the world and in special cases even touched on other sports such as basketball, baseball, athletics, motor racing, among others. This also gave a unique touch to the program that was not so linear or superficial with the subject of soccer, and gave room for other information of equal interest. For example, when the title of the video said "Curiosities", it already gave us the idea as to the variety that could be found in the information.
Among the videos I have enjoyed the most is one entitled "Mysteries in Soccer", providing a variety of real and somewhat dubious scenes, which obviously give life to an atmosphere of debate as to how true it is or not. I like the way the presenters get right into the plot, one that seems to be put together from the production team itself in order to provide us with a very enjoyable space. Another one that I have also seen a lot is the "Flooded Fields Special", and as the title suggests, it is interesting to see the condition a field can get into due to rain, and also the players' willingness to play the game.
This program reminds me of those times when my friends and I would get together to share and talk about soccer. It all started with our favorite teams and also what we did in our respective soccer teams to which we belonged. Between flattery and teasing each other, we would give life to those moments that as players we enjoyed a lot, and now off the field we can still remember with some nostalgia.
Regarding Planeta Gol, I think that in early 2020 they came to an end, but it is interesting that until then I can still enjoy all the work that for years they did in an exemplary way. There must still be programs that I have not yet seen, and as in some cases, I still do not get tired of watching again and again those in which the theme and the interaction of the presenters is given in a very special way. I don't know if someday they can give life to a program similar to this one, but what can't be denied is that Planeta Gol knew how to leave its indelible personal mark and at the same time very valuable with the passing of time.
Mi pasión por el futbol nació en mis tiempos de secundaria, y desde allí empezó una tertulia que por mucho tiempo me conectó de manera estrecha y especial a este deporte. Mi disfrute por verlo era muy grande y se evidenciaba cada vez que tenía la oportunidad de poder jugar, vivir y sentir esa grata sensación de marcar un gol y saborear el triunfo. Así que con semejante antecedente, cualquier cosa relacionada con el fútbol puede despertar mi interés y curiosidad, caso agradable que pude experimentar gracias a un canal de Youtube llamado "Planeta Gol".
Este canal estaba basado en el programa de televisión que llevaba el mismo nombre, y era conducido por Fernando Lavecchia y Pablo González. Toda la información giraba entorno al fútbol, desde las mejores jugadas hasta las curiosidades más extrañas que se puedan presentar en este deporte. En el mayor de los casos se presentaba como una especie de top, en la que estos dos excelentes comentaristas desarrollaban la información con mucha objetividad, respecto y un toque de diversión. ¿Cómo llegué a conocer este canal?
Como a muchos, la pandemia me llevó a explorar las redes sociales de manera más constante de lo habitual, lo cual me llevaba a encontrar más información relacionada con el fútbol. Recuerdo que una noche mientras exploraba varios videos de YouTube ví un título que decía: "Planeta Gol: Copa de Tanzania", y así sin mucha duda decidí ver de qué se trataba. Reconozco que reí mucho con el vídeo y la forma en que estos dos conductores presentaron el vídeo, y fue tanto el disfrute que seguí viendo el mismo video por muchos días. Fue así como entonces descubrí este canal y sin pensarlo dos veces empecé a ver otros vídeos relacionados con este programa.
Siempre he pensado en el talento que muchas personas tienen para transmitir la información al público de una manera que terminas disfrutando la interacción entre los presentadores. En este aspecto, se percibe hasta el respeto y la prudencia con la que manejaban ciertos temas, sin caer en la burla o la crítica destructiva que fácilmente se puede desarrollar en un deporte como el fútbol. Por ejemplo, recuerdo que en uno de sus programas el top estaba relacionado con "penales mal plateados", y aunque algunos eran un tanto vergonzosos, nunca olvido los comentarios que hicieron ante un joven que, aunque lo hizo muy mal, ellos llamaron a la calma y más bien incentivaron el apoyo y la solidaridad para que eso no afectara más de lo normal al joven jugador.
Por ser un programa argentino, la mayoría de los vídeos que presentaban estaban relacionados con el fútbol argentino, jugadores y entrenadores dentro y fuera de la liga local. Aún así, también había espacio para destacar anécdotas y curiosidades que pasaban en otra parte del mundo y que en casos especiales hasta tocaba otros deportes como el basquetbol, béisbol, atletismo, automovilismo, entre otros. Esto también le daba un toque único al programa que no era tan lineal o superficial con el tema del fútbol, y le daba cabida a otras informaciones de igual interés. Por ejemplo, cuando el título del vídeo decía "Curiosidades", ya nos daba la idea en cuanto a la variedad que se podía encontrar en la información.
Entre los vídeos que más he disfrutado está uno titulado "Misterios en el fútbol", brindando una variedad de escenas reales y unas algo dudosas, que obviamente dan vida a un ambiente de debate en cuanto a qué tan cierto es o no. Me gusta la forma en que los presentadores se meten de lleno en la trama, una que parece ser armada desde el mismo equipo de producción a fin de brindarnos un espacio muy agradable. Otro que también he visto mucho es el de "Especial canchas inundadas", y es que tal como lo asoma el título, es interesante la condición a la que puede llegar una cancha debido a la lluvia, y también la disposición de los jugadores para llevar a cabo el juego.
Este programa me hace recordar esos tiempos en los que junto a mis amigos nos reuníamos para compartir y hablar de fútbol. Todo empezaba con nuestros equipos favoritos y también lo que nosotros hacíamos en nuestros respectivos equipos de fútbol a los cuales pertenecíamos. Entre halagos y burlas entre uno y otro , le dábamos vida a esos momentos que como jugadores disfrutamos mucho, y ahora fuera de la cancha aún podemos recordar con cierta nostalgia.
Con respecto a Planeta Gol, creo que a principios del 2020 llegaron a su fin, pero es interesante que hasta entonces aún puedo disfrutar de todo el trabajo que pir años realizaron de forma ejemplar. Aún deben haber programas que todavía no he visto, y como en algunos casos, todavía no me canso de ver una y otra vez esos en los que el tema y la interacción de los presentadores se da de una forma muy especial. No sé si algún día puedan dar vida a un programa similar a este, pero lo que no se puede negar es que Planeta Gol supo dejar su marca personal imborrable y a la vez muy valorable con el paso del tiempo.
