Ser mamá es... tener que aprender muchas cosas.
Que un niño esté en la escuela, es realmente un reto para las madres, ya que les envían a hacer tantas cosas, que nos toca ayudarlos, enseñarles y aprender también con ellos.
Mi hija mayor está en 5to grado de Básica y en la materia de Ciencias Naturales, le enviaron a realizar un Calamar 🦑 con plastilina para presentar como proyecto de laboratorio el día de hoy. Realmente reconozco que tengo creatividad para las manualidades, pero hacer figuras con plastilinas, no es lo mío para nada, sin embargo me tocó poner manos a la obra y mientras hacía el calamar recordé al talentoso @gaboamc2393.
Vi un vídeo referencial y pensé que sería muy fácil, realmente esto fue un error, así que me relajé. Cuando puse manos a la obra todo parecía ir bien, fue fácil hacer la cabeza, el manto y aletas del calamar 🦑, pero trataba de que tuvieran una forma bastante parecida. También añadí los ojos y Ammy me ayudó con esto. Pero lo difícil estaba por venir. Mi pequeña hizo los 8 tentáculos 🐙 y yo me encargué de los 2 más largos, llamados tentáculos de alimentación y los detalles.
Being a mom is... having to learn many things.
Having a child in school is really a challenge for mothers, since they are sent to do so many things that we have to help them, teach them and also learn with them.
My oldest daughter is in 5th grade of elementary school and in the subject of Natural Sciences, they sent her to make a squid 🦑 with plasticine to present as a lab project today. I really recognize that I have creativity for crafts, but making figures with plasticine is not my thing at all, however I had to get down to work and while I was making the squid I remembered the talented @gaboamc2393.
I saw a reference video and I thought it would be very easy, actually this was a mistake, so I relaxed. When I got down to work everything seemed to go well, it was easy to make the squid's head, mantle and fins 🦑 but I was trying to make them fairly similar in shape. I also added the eyes and Ammy helped me with this. But the hard part was yet to come. My little girl made the 8 tentacles 🐙 and I took care of the 2 longer ones, called feeding tentacles and the details.
Al colocar los tentáculos creí que el calamar había llegado a su fin, se partieron, despegando la base de la cabeza de ellos, así que para revivir al pobre Calamar 🦑 decidí hacer la base donde lo colocaría y allí terminar de armarlo. Cabe destacar que lo más difícil o cansón fue hacer las venosas, pequeñas bolitas de plastilina blanca para los tentáculos, estás las hizo también Ammy y luego se fue a dormir sin ver terminado el calamar.
Al armarlo, tuve que pulir sus partes, ya que tenía muchas marcas de mis uñas y dedos, así que fue alisando cada parte hasta lograr que al final se viera mejor. También añadí brillo de uña o esmalte, para que la plastilina no viera tan opaca y darle brillo al Calamar. Este trabajo me llevó entre 4 y 5 horas, algo que pensé que sería muy fácil. Espero realmente que les guste y bueno, logré revivir al Calamar y que mi hija obtuviera un 10 de 10 en su nota.
When I placed the tentacles I thought the squid had come to an end, they broke, detaching the base of the head from them, so to revive the poor squid 🦑 I decided to make the base where I would place it and there finish putting it together. It should be noted that the most difficult or tiring part was to make the venosas, small balls of white plasticine for the tentacles, these were also made by Ammy and then she went to sleep without seeing the squid finished.
When I put it together, I had to polish its parts, since it had many marks from my nails and fingers, so I smoothed each part until it looked better at the end. I also added nail polish, so that the plasticine would not look so opaque and give the Squid a shine. This job took me between 4 and 5 hours, something that I thought would be very easy. I really hope you like it and well, I managed to revive the Squid and my daughter got a 10 out of 10 on her grade.
