Still sometimes I wish...

I never really regretted not having good photography equipment. I'm not addicted to technology.
I believe that if you use photographic elements like composition, story, light and the like well, it is much more important than size or sharpness(I have to console myself). That's probably why I was never particularly interested in nature photography. But I love photographing birds and seems to me that good equipment is needed for that the most. Birds in the wild won't let you get too close, no matter how hard you try. And 135 mm is not enough.
I noticed this white crane from a distance and decided to get as close as I could. Along the way, I took several photos, knowing it could fly away at any moment. I tried to make only the necessary movements, went backwards for part of the way, and got down as low as possible behind the reeds, It seems to me that I didn't even breathe, but in the end, it flew away. When I returned to the place from where I left (2.5 km), I noticed that it was there in the company of seagulls and other birds.

Some people use words, others use light to say what they feel.
