Una de las características morfológicas de las playas alrededor de la cuenca caribeña es el blanco de sus arenas. No importará por que países usted se encuentre dando vueltas en un bote, por dar un ejemplo. A la playa del país que usted llegue en las islas caribeñas, siempre encontrará arenas blancas. Pero hay uno de esos países donde la arena es más blanca que en cualquier otro: Aruba. Una país con origen en la época colonial y que pertenecía a la corona de los países bajos hasta su relativamente reciente independencia.
