I want to give a warm welcome to @smok5js, @snowcrab, @clover2001, @carpetkings, and @vickimanipal to our Guild! As the media specialist here, I'm thrilled you've decided to join us. The Family Splinterlands Guild is a tight-knit community of passionate gamers committed to helping each other grow and prosper in the Splinterlands game. I'm proud to be a part of the BoyCharlieFamily Gaming Club Community and The Family Splinterlands Guild! I'm in charge of providing Bi-Weekly Reports and Salary payments for the members who have been showing their dedication and support to the guild.
I'm not the best battler in the guild, but I'm doing my best to share information about the Play to Earn game Splinterlands. I'm grateful for the support from @boycharlieplays that allows me to reward our guild members and the community for interacting with my profile. We offer various experiences and activities, from tournaments and events to friendly discussions and group challenges. Our members come from all over the world and from all walks of life—whether you're a beginner or a pro, there's something for everyone here. The Family Splinterlands Guild Membership
Each week I am revealing our current membership list and biweekly income payments. In addition to increasing the prizes for those who have stayed, we have let some members depart. Being a guild member has several perks, such as receiving tips and tricks on new tactics from other members and bonus rewards in ranked or brawl/guild battles.
Rules of The Guild
The Family Splinterlands Guild wants Members to please keep the following in mind. Failure to increase donations by the next reporting blog may lead to a demotion in position or eviction from the group. These are done semi-regularly, and it is up to the member to ensure they are keeping up with donation requirements.

Current Guild Building Updates
Hall - The guild's Hall determines Member Roster and Building Level limits. Current Bonus: Member Limit: 18 and Building Level Cap: 4 - 6182 out of 50,000 till Level 5.
Lodge - By completing Focuses, the guild’s Lodge will gain in status and commerce. Current Bonus: RP Bonus: + 4% and Shop Discount: 2% OFF- Hall Level 5 will increase Lodge to Level 5
Arena - Guild Arenas are constructed to host massive battles (known as BRAWLS). The larger the Arena, the bigger the Brawls! Current Bonus: x1.5 Rewards - 10,020 out of 30,000 till Level 3 (Current Focus for Member Donations)
Barracks - In the Barracks, members can train their manifestations in powerful combat tactics specialized for Brawling. - 0 out of 50,000 till Level 4
Store - Open only to guild members, the guild Store offers an inventory of unique and powerful items. As the inventory grows, so will their Glory! Current bonus: Merit Bonus: + 40%- 715 out of 50,000
The Family Discord Revival
@boycharlieplays would like to revive his @boycharliefamily gaming community discord soon with specific channels for Splinterlands players and his Pokemon-related community.
He wants to ensure spam from the other games doesn't affect the player base like last time. He encourages members to comment on these posts and what they want to see in their future Discord.
Recent Updates from @splinterlands
The Splinterlands team has several relatively small changes to league ratings and ranked battles that are scheduled to be released during the next maintenance window on Tuesday, February 28th, 2023.
Mana Cap Changes
The current mana cap logic is complicated, with things like the mana cap only incrementing by two between 40 and 60. As shown below, the team plans to simplify it by implementing a max mana cap for each league. The minimum mana cap will still be 12, and each value from 12 to the league maximum will have an equal probability of occurring.
- Novice/Bronze - 40
- Silver - 50
- Gold/Diamond/Champ - 60
Please note that all tournament and guild brawl battles will use the same mana cap settings as Gold/Diamond/Champ leagues.
The Max mana cap will increase for Novice and Bronze leagues from 30 to 40, decrease for Silver league from 60 to 50, and high mana cap battles will be a bit more common in Gold league and up, as well as in tournament and guild brawl battles.
Additionally, the probability of an unlimited / 99 mana cap battle is reduced from 4% to 2%, making it roughly as likely to occur as any other individual mana cap value.
League Rating & Rating Reset Changes
The rating resets are changing, so players don't drop down as far in rating at the end of each season (particularly in the higher leagues). The min and max rating thresholds for the Champion league so that each tier is 300 rating points above the previous "tier" rather than 500 as it is currently. The new rating and reset values for each "league" and "tier" are shown in the table and can be found on the table in the original post.
