Hodl Highlight - Kelp Initiate

HODL HIGHLIGHT

Almost a week ago I posted my first hodl highlight about Kretch Tallevor, which is still in the play as it has hovered around the same price since the post. Therefore, I believe that the opportunity there still offers low-hanging fruit to potential investors. For more details, refer to that post here.

I've also been loading up on Sand Worms lately at around the 1.50 to 2.00 range whenever they're there. I genuinely think these are really undervalued here and once a good volume of them switches hands and are hodl'ed by people, they'll start to shoot up again. You can also read more about that in my previous post from a couple days ago here.

Now, I want to talk about Kelp Initiate, my latest hodl highlight in Splinterlands news. This card has been ranging from $3.00 to $4.00 lately, and in my opinion, this card may be worth at least an easy double from where it is now. My reasoning behind this is that it is a water card, which has a relatively cheap mana cost of 2, and is a reward card therefore not part of the standard deck. Furthermore, the circulation consist of only ~35,000 cards - meaning it is rather limited compared to the number of new reward cards being printed and the insane amount of people that will be joining the game in the coming weeks.

The utility of this card is in the great amount of health it has, which allows it to be a frontline in low mana matches with your magic attack mosnters. Or, it can also be used as a dummy in the backline to protect from sneak and opportunity monsters from the opposing team. So all in all, this card has also been extremely useful to me in my battles and that's why I'm confident of this card's future price performance!

That's all from me this time folks, hope you found this useful! Let me know what you think in the comments below, and give this post an upvote (pretty please!!) if you enjoyed reading this and would like to see more of these types of posts.
