As usual, just as a reminder before we started, you can find the essential guide to read my traits mapping post here:

So this is the last part of Neutral collection which is the magic attack type. Neutral magic cards are few in total, so far made up of 7 cards. So there's not much cards which useable and not much to be talked about. But my battle experience have proven that Neutral magic cards are very convenient to have in all kind of battle situation. To understand this more, we need to take a deeper look.

With the limited number of cards, the mana range encompassed are also very much limited. Neutral magic cards cover starting from 3 mana up to 6 mana. Neutral magic cards seemed to fall behind compared to magic cards from other splinter, since other splinter have magic cards with mana cost beyond 8, even reached up to 10. So there's not much variation available to use for high cap mana battle. Most of the Neutral magic cards gathered at 4 mana cost.

The rarity level of this collection are quite high, considering the are no Normal rarity, while Legendary and Epic rarity made half of the collection. Luckily 5 card are of Chaos Legion editions, which means they are still easily affordable in the market.

Even though this collection consist mostly of low and mid mana cost, the initial profile looks a little bit promising. Health-mana ratio gathered on the SOUTH-WEST quadrant, but all of them have reached beyond 0.50 tick. The damage-mana ratio looks more mediocre since the average stood at 0.25 tick. Speed might be the only one to have drawbacks since all of the cards started with red nodes.

Compared to magic card of Fire, Water, and Death; they show a much stronger profile than the Neutral magi cards. Most of the cards started more cards reaching damage-mana ratio between 0.25 tick to 0.50 tick. Damage-mana ratio also slightly stronger considering a handful of cards have entered the SOUTH QUADRANT. Interestingly because some of them are mid to high mana cards. In conclusion this profile proof that elemental splinter have slightly better magic cards than Neutral splinter.

The max level chart show a little bit shift, but not much, considering most of the cards are Epic and Legendary with few progression steps. The growth also mostly due to the cards are low mana cost, which render lower diminishing return. So far health-mana and damage-mana ratio have been competitive compared to other splinter collection. Speed growth are mediocre with only 3 cards changing into yellow nodes. Abilities grow significantly, again mainly due to Legendary type which typical growth is on new abilities rather than parameter. Only Doctor Blight (No.4) which gained 3 new abilities and 5 abilities in total.

Neutral Splinter magic cards are least likely to resemble with other Splinter, mainly considering other Splinter have varied number of magic cards, where some excel in term of health-mana ratio, other on speed, etc. So loosely, Neutral magic cards could be considered to be inferior than the elemental Splinter.

Again with only 7 cards available, there's not much variation in the abilities to use. There's a balanced number for Striker, Tanker, and Support abilities type. But Support abilities are the dominant ones which is typical to other Splinter magic cards. On the Striker group, Affliction are available on 2 cards, but there no certain unique abilities. There are also no unique abilities under the Tanker group, mostly are common abilities easily obtained from other cards. Support abilities are also varied with only Blind and Dispel available on 2 cards. So far only Tank Heal and Triage which a little bit rare to be found, but its not entirely limited and unique.

The specialist one are Spirit Hoarder (No.1) which gained a total 3 Support abilities. On the other hand, Doctor Blight (No.4) which possessed the most abilities have more balanced composure between Striker, Tanker, and Support.

Personal Thought

This final section, I give my personal thought for several card mentioned below.

'1. Magi Of Chaos

I would say Magi Of Chaos are one of the most frequently used cards in this collection. So far this is magic cards with the highest mana and the strongest one (to compensate the lack of abilities). This card perform very well along Earth Splinter under Obsidian as summoner.
