It's not an anomaly, I guess you are referring to server downtime. Before, DEC reward per win is high because there are only few accounts reaching 4k+ ratings. I guess few comes with some hundred or so. That means that the total rshares accumulated during that 24 hours timeframe is not that high. I'm not referring to a 1 day downtime wherein you get a crazy amount of DEC. Before, on a daily basis, you can get like 2k DEC for less than 30 games in just 1 account, now it's impossible to do so because of level 1 farming bots that reaches Champion league and has more than 4k ratings.
