Thank you for participating in the @holos-lotus initiative.
An initiative that I love because it allows us to share our experiences and our learning about this scourge so strong that is the sustained stress.
I was shocked by what you experienced with dehydration at work, which reminds me that it can happen to us.
And I'm very supportive of writing, meditating, and spending quality time with our loved ones - no cell phones, of course.

Una iniciativa que me encanta porque nos permite compartir nuestras experiencias y nuestros aprendizajes sobre esta lacra tan fuerte que es el estrés sostenido.
Me ha impactado lo que has vivido con la deshidratación en el trabajo, que me recuerda que nos puede pasar.
Y soy muy partidaria de escribir, meditar y pasar tiempo de calidad con nuestros seres queridos, nada de móviles, por supuesto.
