In this opportunity we will be talking with the artist from Villacurán who is also a model, teacher and professional dancer Jhaniel Arias who recently is in our city after arriving from Santa Marta (Colombia) to visit his mother and friends. Knowing that our friend has several tattoos on his body, we decided to invite him for this special interview and to let us know part of the artistic history that Achira has captured on his skin through the symbolism and color of his tattoos.

When I see my tattoo I realize everything we have achieved, every day has been a miracle and a gift, because 16 years ago a nurse told me: "Ma'am, don't get your hopes up, that baby doesn't make it through the night" And 16 years later that baby is still with us proving that life when it wants to make its way through there is no way to stop it.

I grew up hearing that tattooing was bad. The ink hurt, that it was dangerous (associating it with some diseases), if I got a tattoo I couldn't donate blood. Obviously, there was always the comment: - those people damage their skin, and those tattoos make them look bad. However, I always liked it and far from all that information I received since I was a child, for me it is nothing more than Art.
My First Tattoo: I always wanted to get tattoos
It will sound silly, but thanks to the series I got to know roll groups and in those roll groups I met people who today are very good friends and some of them have helped me a lot. It was certainly worthy of being my first tattoo. So I chose my favorite couple who are also the main characters hehe.
THE MEANING OF MY TATTOOS
I never wanted to get a tattoo just for fashion, I said that the one I was going to get had to have a significant reason so that it wouldn't go out of fashion, I wouldn't stop liking it or I would just want to remove it at some point.

At the time I had it done, I was full excited because I had it set aside waiting for the moment to have it done, I looked for a person who had a good reference with this type of tattoos, I made an appointment and well I arrived to the place accompanied by my best friend.

I want to share with you information and personal reflections about the aging of tattoos, because as you read it, tattoos also age, this idea must be clarified because there are people who believe that once a tattoo is done it will stay the same for life and it is not like that, this will depend on many factors.
