A Journey Through Nature's Pharmacy: Collecting Sweet Violets for Wellness

Hello hive family. I hope you all are healthy.

The cold has increased due to the rain last night. On the other hand, people in cities are troubled by the heat. As soon as I reach home from the market in the morning, I go for a walk in the forest adjacent to my house. Due to rain, green grass and wild flowers have started blooming in the forests. If your house is also in the mountains, then these days you will see blue colored wild flowers in the forests. Which we call Banafsha (Sweet violet) in local language. This blue flower is a herb that relieves cold, cough and phlegm. Which is used in Ayurveda medical system.

I start looking for these flowers. Due to their bright blue colour, they are visible from a distance. Which makes it easier for me to collect them.

We dry it and make syrup in water and use it. I have also taken some pictures of them which I am sharing with all of you.
