New life is born! Life at a forest farm

Today was a really special day that turned out spontaneously. I didn’t plan this at all because I was originally going to Vereb to visit the horses. But I missed the Vereb bus, so it was a redesign and I decided to go to Bodajk. Well, since I've been there countless times, I thought it better to go further to Bakonycsernye, and then walk to Kisgyón, where one of my friends, Olgi lives and keeps goats.

We’ve already chatted on Messenger before and she said I can visit her at any time, but she is pretty busy because the little goat kids are born one after the other.

I didn’t think I would witness a birth at all.
As we watched the ducks, geese, pigs, and other animals, Olgi’s husband shouted that one of the mother goats was just in labor. By the time we got there, a kids was born.

But there was still a surprise left: another little kid from the same mother!
The birth was very quick and trouble-free. Olgi noted that twins are common in goats, but triplets can rarely be born.
I made a short video of the big event.
The happy mom is now raising two little bucks.

And here is the father. Not only of that twin but all of the kids!

Geese are the best guards, better than dogs! Why? Because when they see a stranger, they giggle very-very loudly!

Guinea fowls - their creaking voice is perhaps even more unpleasant than that of geese.
