Hey nature lovers, I hope you are doing well! Today I present to you the newest member of Vida Verde , our friend laziness .
Almost a month ago Ivan @arrozymangophoto rescued a young sloth and worked her home.
He was going to do some shopping and found a riot, in the middle of the road, in the traffic circle in front of Farmatodo in El Hatillo.
There were some policemen of the municipality along with several people trying to protect a laziness that did not pay attention to them, she insisted on crossing the street, this place is very busy, the cars pass quickly, because it is the main road of the town and was almost run over several times.
There were many people curious and admiring the sloth, here in El Hatillo it is easy to find them, we are also many who care about them, it is common to see people stop their cars to let them pass or get out to get them out of the way and climb them up a tree.
But this is happening because of the population growth that is destroying their homes and populations.
Near where he rescued her, they were moving earth and knocked down several trees.
Ivan immediately approached her, talked to the police and offered to do the rescue and reinsert her here in Vida Verde, we are in a rural mountain area with lots of greenery, several rust trees and a population of sloths, where she will be able to have a family.

The cops had called civil protection to look for the sloth, but they had been there for more than an hour and had not arrived.
After a long conversation and watching our social networks, where they saw our work for the conservation of the environment, the policemen accepted Ivan, put her in the back seat of the car and brought her to Vida Verde where she would start a new happy life.

And so, it has been! She is happy and we are even happier, she fills us with emotion every time we find her hanging in a Yagrumo, it gives us joy to see that this young sloth already feels at home.
Rescatamos está Pereza| Vida Verde 💚
Hey amantes de la naturaleza espero estén muy bien!! Hoy les presento el nuevo miembro de Vida Verde , nuestra amiga la pereza .
Hace ya casi un mes Ivan @arrozymangophoto rescató una joven pereza y la trabajo a casa.
El iba a hacer una compras y se encontró con un alboroto, en plena vía , en la redoma que está frente a Farmatodo de El Hatillo.
Allí estaban unos policías del municipio junto a varias personas tratando de resguardar a una pereza que no les hacía caso, ella se empeñaba en cruzar la calle, este lugar es muy transitado, los carros pasan velozmente, pues es la vía principal del pueblo y casi fue atropellada varias veces.
Había mucha gente curioseando y admirando a la pereza, aquí en el Hatillo es fácil encontrarlas, también somos muchos que nos preocupamos por ellas, es común ver a personas detener sus carros para dejarlas pasar o bajarse para sacarla de la vía y subirlas a un árbol.
Pero esto está pasando por el crecimiento poblacional que está acabando con sus hogares y poblaciones.
Cerca de donde la rescato estaban realizando movimiento de tierra y derrumbaron varios árboles.
Ivan al verla de inmediato se acerco, hablo con los policías se ofreció para realizar el rescate y re incertarla aquí en Vida Verde ,nosotros estamos en una zona rural de montaña con mucho verdor, varios yagrumos y una población de perezas, dónde ella podrá tener familia.

Los policías había llamado a protección civil para que buscarán a la pereza, pero ya tenían más de 1 hora allí y no llegaban.
Después de una larga conversación y ver nuestras redes sociales, dónde vieron nuestro trabajo por la conservación del ambiente , los policías aceptaron que Iván, la monto en el asiento trasero de el carro y se la trajeron a Vida Verde donde iniciaría una nueva vida feliz.

Y así, ha sido!! Ella está feliz y nosotros más, nos llena de emocion cada vez que la encontramos colgada en algún Yagrumo, nos da alegría ver qué está pereza joven ya se siente en casa.
