"We cannot repeat our childhood to build strong self-confidence from an early age, but we can still build healthy relationships so that the self-confidence that has grown does not break or die."

Hi Everyone!!

How are you? Hopefully you are in good health and always in God's protection....

Today I will share a little story about self-confidence...

Have you ever thought like this

"There's no way I can be like him. Who am I?"

When we see other people's success, ideally we will be motivated to follow in their footsteps. However, in many cases there are also people who actually feel discouraged and retreat from the dreams they have been caring for.

"Seeing successful people without a prepared heart will only give rise to envy and feelings of inferiority."

What actually influences a person's self-confidence?

First, the family environment. Children who receive more love and are appreciated by their parents will grow up to be confident children. This is different from children who are often blamed, criticized and limited. They will grow up to be individuals who are hesitant, afraid of making mistakes, and unable to make decisions because they don't believe in themselves.

Second, social interaction. We cannot live without other people. Therefore we live interacting with each other. However, if this interaction is bad, then someone can shrink and lose their self-confidence. For example, if they receive bullying, both verbal and mental. Meanwhile, those who are lucky to be in relationships with people who are full of love and support each other will become more confident and feel happier.

Third, romantic relationships. This relationship has a big influence on a person's self-confidence. Because, it is the people closest to you who can sometimes strengthen or break you. Therefore, when we are in a good romantic relationship, our self-confidence can increase. However, if we are often broken, put down, and controlled by our partner, then that sense of self-confidence will slowly erode.

However, apart from the three things above, there are many others that can affect a person's self-confidence. Therefore, so that our self-confidence is not stolen by things that can take it away, be careful when interacting with us.

OK, that's all for today, this is a personal opinion, we may agree, we may differ.
