Women's (Hair) Struggle

Hi guysss... I'm glad I finally got to make this post.

So ladies, how has it been with your hair?

They say the beauty of a woman is in her hair. I'm not sure how true that is, seeing that a lot of women look really pretty without hair.

However, people like me that cannot afford to cut our hair low have gone through several struggles maintaining our hair, both when it's made and when it's not. The struggle is real and it's everyday.

The Hair period I look forward to but dislike the most, is the period where I have to visit a saloon to get my hair done. This rarely happens without some sort of pain.

Sometimes, its bearable, other times it's just extreme!

I remember when I was still on virgin hair, every hair making Day was a cry day. I couldn't even afford to Comb my hair well on my own because of the pain.

Now, I'm no longer on virgin hair but my friend does and she goes through the struggle every now and then.

Recently, she went to weave her hair all back and it took everything in her not to burst in tears from the pain..

Oh.. to be a woman!šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

After the whole experience, she was happy to rock her new hair, forgetting all about the pain.

Now that I think about it, why does it seem like women don't care about pain?

They go through Labour pain up to 10 times (especially my people.in Africa) with their full chest knowing that it might be a fight for their life each time.

They also go through the hair making process and endure for hours just to look beautiful?

Mehnnn... Why are we like that?šŸ¤§

I would really like to know what you think in the comment section.

....PS: I have permission to use the pictures above...

Thanks for checking out my post. Please come again soon!
