Ser Mujer
Cada 8 de marzo las mujeres nos hinchamos de orgullo para celebrar nuestra feminidad reivindicando con nuestro ser a las mujeres universales que abrieron puertas a lo largo de la historia.
No es solo ser mujer desde la perspectiva biológica, es mucho más que eso, es la consciencia de lo que somos y representamos ante la sociedad tomando en consideración que la familia reposa en nuestro regazo como hijas, nietas, hermanas, madres, sobrinas, primas. El cuidado, la formación y la contención es parte de nuestra esencia.
Nos llaman el sexo débil pero cuán equivocados están, hay tantas mujeres cuya fortaleza nos maravillan a diario, el hecho de levantarse y enfrentar o incluso convivir en una sociedad machista ya es mucho.
Se nos habla a cerca de los derechos que como ciudadanas nos corresponden, sin embargo, la realidad es otra, vivimos en una sociedad con una cultura machista muy arraigada, el machismo está presente en cada espacio de nuestras vidas, a veces nosotras mismas lo somos de manera inconsciente.
Cada dia nos llenamos de amor, despedimos la luna y damos la bienvenida al sol, nos llenamos de valentía ante la complejidad, enfrentamos al miedo y actuamos, usamos nuestro sexto sentido hasta para las cosas más sencillas y nos llenamos de optimismo ante la vida.
Somos luz a pesar de nuestra sombra, amor a pesar de nuestro dolor, alegría a pesar de nuestras tristezas, somos capaces de albergar en nuestro ser a la humanidad entera.
Somos más de lo que decimos y aparentamos, pero hace falta mucho para ocupar el lugar que realmente merecemos.
En este maravilloso día, extiendo mis Felicitaciones a las Mujeres intachables que forman parte de mi vida, que son ejemplo en la familia, en el trabajo, en la sociedad, aquellas que anteponen sus valores ante cada situación.
También debo hacer un reconocimiento a los hombres que nos valoran, reconocen, respetan, apoyan y nos aman.

Being a Woman
Every March 8th we women swell with pride to celebrate our femininity, vindicating with our being the universal women who opened doors throughout history.

We talk about the rights that we have as citizens, however, the reality is different, we live in a society with a deeply rooted macho culture, machismo is present in every space of our lives, sometimes we ourselves are unconsciously.
Every day we are filled with love, we say goodbye to the moon and welcome the sun, we are filled with courage in the face of complexity, we face fear and act, we use our sixth sense even for the simplest things and we are filled with optimism in the face of life.
We are light in spite of our shadow, love in spite of our pain, joy in spite of our sadness, we are capable of harboring in our being the whole of humanity.
We are more than what we say and appear to be, but it takes a lot to occupy the place we truly deserve.
On this wonderful day, I extend my congratulations to the impeccable women who are part of my life, who are an example in the family, at work, in society, those who put their values before every situation.
I must also acknowledge the men who value, recognize, respect, support and love us.
