Lesson for the year

The year 2022 has come and it is almost reaching its end. Wow,just like yesterday that everyone in my house screamed "happy new year" when it was 12:00 am. Well, that's how it is, years come and go.

In response to the Ladies of hive contest 110 which is

For this week we want to know:

1️⃣ As we're approaching the end of the year, let's take a moment to reflect on what we've achieved and learned in 2022. We look forward to hearing about your experience!

And / Or

2️⃣ If you could be reincarnated (in your next life) as anything, what would it be?
Tell us why!

It is clear from my title and introduction that I will go for the first question.

I will focus on the lessons I have learnt in line with my kind of job. I am a makeup artist and you know, if you are into anything art, you have to keep developing yourself to be relevant.

Today, my google photos shared me a memory of this time last year. In the memory,I saw one of makeup work on one of my client and I was like, woooow, I have improved and I am proud of myself, seeing the differences between my crafts then and now

The improvement did not just come by sitting around and expecting it to happen like magic. I kept on watching Youtube videos and follow artists that I so much love their work on Instagram. Watching their stories and feeds has made me learn slot of tips and tricks in the beauty industry.

Learning these tips and tricks has made my craft easier and I get desirable results. There is no day I do not check social media for latest things in the makeup industry.

Below is a comparison picture on my craft on the same client last year and this year.
