Hello, how are you doing today? I hope everything is fine with you. For the first time, I'd want to discuss how I've worked hard to become as "natural" as possible. Since a natural lifestyle is likely to be the happiest and, of course, aids in reversing the aging process.
Green meals
Every morning, I began with a green smoothie or green juice. To me, a green smoothie is the greatest decision I've ever made to help me transform my life. Green smoothies assist me to
- Detox my intestines so that I no longer suffer from stomach discomfort
- improve acne conditions
- Reduces bloating -
- Raise my engery and improve mood
- anti-aging:)
- Menstrual fatique and mood swing
I've also started drinking two smoothies each day and eating three salads per week. To be honest, I don't enjoy chewing leaves, but it has treated me well, so I know it is a necessary part of my life.
Water
During the day, I drink a lot of water by eating a lot of fruit. Fruits are my sunshine, and I adore them. When I don't have water, I keep two apples or a watermelon pack with me for snacks at work, so 100% of my snacks are essentially fluids and vitamins. I also drink regular water on occasion and am appreciative for every drop I have.
I consume water I consume water by:
- drinking water
- drinking coconut juice
- drinking green juice, smoothies
- eating salads, veggies, and fruits often
Natual skincare
I used to be a binge-skincare fan who happily allowed the Korean 10-step skincare layering rule the roost. There isn't a single skincare product on my bathroom shelf now. I just threw out all of the chemical stuff and replaced them with natural items: + Coconut oil for moisturizers, also sun oil occasionally (with SPF around 8-10 I believe), and hand cream, I just threw out all of the chemical stuff and replaced them with natural items:

- Red bean powder for scrubs,
- Avocado and aloe vera for hydration masks,
- Turmeric powder for brightening masks,
- Toner, made from fresh aloe vera spray
Since I don't have a serum now I consider it's okay. So if you have any good idea, please share with me how to make it naturally!
Going greener
I've gradually learned to abandon plastic. To be honest, I still use plastic since it is difficult to live a zero-waste lifestyle. However, regardless of how much I enjoy plastic kitchenware, I will prioritize biodegradable items.
For example, if I need to purchase a new bottle, it should be made of glass. Most of the time, I won't even bother getting a new one if I already have an old one that serves the same purpose.
So the wooden one has been mine for two years.
I've also replaced my single-use plastic ones with an inox straw. So, every morning when I drink my smoothie, I feel grateful and joyful since one fewer non-biodegradable straw is being discarded. Well, actually I'd prefer glass straws (they are pretty) but I've kept telling myself I've had enough haha)
Green "waste"
I don't throw away peels or leftovers from vegetables and fruits in the kitchen. I gathered them together in one basket to nourish the plants in my garden. I know some people might worry about the insects and little animals gnawing at things. That is disturbing. Don't worry. Just put everything in a large container and let it be for a month to decompose. Later on, you may use this as natural fertilizers. I promise your plants also love it.
Natural toothpaste
I saw a movie about a tribe that doesn't need to brush their teeth since they consume just fruits to keep them clean and strong. Wow! It was simply incredible.
Because I eat a lot of salad, I'd prefer homemade toothpaste and even mouthwash.
Because I eat a lot of salad, I'd prefer homemade toothpaste and even mouthwash.
- mouthwash: just natural seawater.
- toothpaste: coconut oil, baking soda, xylitol (optional) for sweetness, and peppermint oil. Isn't it simple? In the following post, I'll teach you how to make it.
That's the outcome of over two years of attempting to go natural. I'd want to have my own homemade body anti-odor, hair wash, and body wash as well:)) I'd begin replacing them one at a time. Of course, I won't force myself to do anything if I don't feel immediately at ease. Well, at least, it saves money! Cheers!
Thank you for taking the time to read this!
