I will be partially uploading the videos of how to make the Nigerian Doughnuts so I can show you step by step instructions to take to make the perfect Nigerian Doughnuts that will sooth your taste.
I apologise I couldn't merge all the videos together because of the heavy data consumption and I don't want to reduce the quality of the videos.
So the doughnuts was made by the welll known chef at Amena Academy Mrs Marian Idahosa,she's trying to help young cooks and chefs on how to make delicious snacks.
Today's class is how to make Nigerian Doughnuts
INGREDIENTS
- 500g - FLOUR
- 50g - BUTTER
- 80g - SUGAR
- 1/2 TEASPOON OF YEAST
- 1 PIECE OF EGG
- 1 TEASPOON POWDERED VANILLA FLAVOUR
- 1 CUP MILK WITH WATER
- 1 TEASPOON NUTMEG
- VEGETABLE OIL
