Happy day to all, thankful to God to share with you all again, sometimes we get tired of always eating the same and we want to do something different to please our children, I made a different meal that my children loved, a delicious salad, boiled cassava and steak, the truth is that it was very tasty, let's see the procedure to follow.
- Los ingredientes a utilizar son:
- 300grs de bistec.
- Aceite.
- Sal.
- 1 Kilo de yuca.
- 2 Ramitas de peregil.
- 2 Tomates.
- Cebolla y media.
- The ingredients to be used are:
- 300grs of steak.
- Oil.
- Salt.
- 1 Kilo of yucca.
- 2 sprigs of parsley.
- 2 tomatoes.
- Onion and a half.
- Paso 1: Para preparar este delicioso platillo comenzamos pelando la yuca quitándole la concha, la lavamos bien y luego la colocamos en una olla con agua, le agregamos sal al gusto y dejamos cocinar hasta que ablande.
- Step 1: To prepare this delicious dish we start by peeling the yucca, removing the shell, wash it well and then place it in a pot with water, add salt to taste and let it cook until it softens.
- Paso 2: Mientras se cocina la yuca, lavamos la carne, le echamos sal y otros condimentos de su preferencia, luego de lavar el tomate y la cebolla procedemos a picarlos en ruedas, posteriormente ponemos a calentar el sartén con un chorrito de aceite.
- Step 2: While the yucca is cooking, wash the meat, add salt and other seasonings of your choice, after washing the tomato and onion proceed to chop them into wheels, then put to heat the pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Paso 3: Cuando ya el aceite esté un poco caliente agregamos el bistec uno a uno, al pasar 2 minutos volteamos y agregamos el tomate y la cebolla ya picado, tapamos y dejamos que se vaya cocinando volteándola de vez en cuando.

- Paso 4: Para la ensalada picamos bien pequeño las dos ramitas de perejil, y como ya habíamos picado el tomate y la cebolla suficiente para la carne también agregamos el perejil a la ensalada le echamos sal al gusto y revolvemos.

- Paso 5: Cuando ya la yuca esté blandita la sacamos para que vaya escurriendo, y cuando la carne esté lista la apagamos y servimos nuestro delicioso almuerzo.
