The ingredients of the dish include:
- White rice: 1 cup
- Glutinous rice 1/2 cup
Mushrooms (you can use any mushroom) - Ground pork or beef is fine.
- Purple onion, garlic, green onion, fish sauce, and seasoning seeds for soup.
Making:
Step 1: White rice and glutinous rice should be washed with water to clean. Then heat up the pan and add the rice mixed with glutinous rice and roast them evenly for 2-3 minutes, so that they are milky white and have a slight aroma, then stop. Then put them in the rice cooker and add more water, depending on whether you want to eat the porridge thick or liquid, but add water to suit your taste.
Step 2: Mushrooms, cut off the bottom of the mushrooms, because in this part there is a lot of dirt and soil attached to them, then cut them all in half and put them in dilute salt water to wash. Let's soak the mushrooms in dilute salted water for a few minutes, to make sure they are as clean as possible, because these are mushrooms bought from the market, so we need to clean them before cooking, which is important. Finally, rinse with cold water and pat dry.
Step 3: Wash the pork thoroughly with salted water, then cut it into small pieces and put it in the blender, puree them.
Step 4: Finely mince purple onion and garlic to prepare stir-fry with pork. Then heat up the pan and add the cooking oil, then the onions and garlic, then add the pork, 2 spoon of Oyster and stir until the meat is cooked and almost 90% cooked.
Step 5: Add pork to the pot that is cooking porridge and add mushrooms at the same time. Then continue to cook for about 20 minutes, until the porridge blooms. Then add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 2 tablespoons of seasoning seeds dedicated to the cooking soup. The seasoning you can adjust to your taste.
Step 6: Cut the scallions and scoop the porridge into the bowl after the porridge is cooked, add to the bowl of porridge, minced ginger, and ground pepper, .. as you like. Eat while still warm, hot is best.
