Ingredientes usados
• 3 huevo
• 2 zanahorias
• 2 tazas de harina de trigo
• 1/2 de azúcar
• 150g de mantequilla
• vainilla al gusto
• leche condensada

Primero tomamos dos zanahoria la lavamos y licuamos una para sacar el jugo que sea taza y media y la otra la rayamos luego tomamos un recipiente y colocamos el azúcar y la mantequilla y batimos hasta que no nos queden grumos seguidamente colocamos los tres huevos y la vainilla y continuamos batiendo hasta que la mezcla este totalmente unida

Teniendo ya la tortera enmantequillada y Arinada le basiamos nuestra mezcla y la llevamos al horno por 30 minutos aproximadamente a 250 para saber cuando está nuestra torta colocamos un palillo o un cuchillo y cuando este salga limpio nuestra torta de zanahoria estará lista
