Ingredients
Pangas fish 900 grams
Potatoes 600 grams
Tumaric 1/2 tablespoons( for fish frying)
Tumaric 1/2 tablespoons (for fish curry)
Salt 1 tablespoons ( for fish frying)
Salt 1 tablespoons ( for fish curry)
Onion 3 piece
Garlic 2 pieces
Green chilli 12 pieces
Garam masala paste 50 grams
Mustrad oil 100 grams ( for fish frying)
Mustrad oil 50 grams ( for fish curry)
Water as needed
Preparation and process
Step 1
I gathered 900 grams pangas fish for making fish curry recipe.
Step 2
I cut pangas fish as needed.I washed pangas fish with fresh water .
Step 3
I admixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt with pangas fish . I blended this two elements with pangas fish perfectly .
Step 4
I admixed 100 grams mustrad oil in pan. After heating this oil, I added pangas fish with heat mustrad oil in pan . I fried pangas fish in pan .
Step 5
After frying pangas fish perfectly , I picked up frying pangas fish from pan .
Step 6
I collected 600 grams Potatoes.
Step 7
After removing potatoes shells , I cut this potatoes element as needed . I washed potatoes with fresh water .
Step 8
After collecting slice potatoes, I removed onion and garlic shells and cut onion and garlic slicely .I cut green chilli slicely.
Step 9
I collected some masala elements. After that I made masala paste .
Step 10
I fried potatoes with hot mustrad oil in pan .
Step 11
I added water as needed with potatoes in pan.I mixed tumaric and salt with potatoes in pan.
Step 12
I admixed green chilli with this curry in pan.
Step 13
I admixed frying pamgas fish with pangas fish curry in pan.
Step 14
I mixed garam masala paste with pangas fish curry in pan.
Step 15
I boiled this pangas fish curry 14-15 minutes .
Step 16
After boiling , i picked this potatoes pangas fish curry from oven .
Step 17
I fried onion and garlic with hot 50 grams mustrad oil in pan.
Step 18
I admixed this Pangas fish curry again .I boiled this curry 8-10 minutes .
Thus I made delicious Pangas fish curry recipe with potatoes .
