Homemade Fish Curry: A delight to the mouth

We haven't had fish for quite a while now, and today was the perfect day to order some and so My father went to the market and bought us some raw fish. And we decided to do our homemade curry this time.

First of all, add Turmeric and salt to taste. We don't marinade the fish much here.

You can use the oil leftover from frying the fish, just be sure to not fry the bitter part of the fish in the oil as the oil will also get bitter.

Put the onion, bay leaf and black jeera first and stir fry until onion gets brown.
