Let me share you this new found recipe that is very easy to cook and only few ingredients are needed.
Ingredients:
| 200g Cabbage, washed and sliced thinly
| 2 Eggs, beaten
| Cooking oil
| 2 Garlic, minced
| 1 medium size Onion, minced
| Salt and Pepper to taste
| 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
| Seasoning Powder to taste
Let's get cooking!
When the pan is already heated, add 2 Tablespoon cooking oil. Fry the egg on both sides and set aside.
Cut the scrambled egg into thick string like shape or anything you like.
On the same pan, sautee the onion then the garlic until fragrant ang golden brown. Add cooking oil if needed.
Add the cabbage and condiments; soy sauce, black pepper and seasoning powder then mix it well.
After a minute add the scrambled eggs, after mixing try to taste it. If you think it is still bland add a bit of salt. Do not over cook it.
Transfer it on a serving plate.
It is best paired with garlic rice and eaten while it's warm. This plate is for my youngest who loves vegetables more than rice but she likes it if it is garlic rice. She called it "masarap na rice" (yummy rice).
