Following 5 Steps below:
- Strip clean beef ribs, put in a pot of water, add a few slices of crushed ginger and boil briefly. Remove the meat, wash the meat and cut into thick squares.
- Marinate the meat with fish sauce, seasoning, curry butter, garlic, crushed ginger, cinnamon, star anise, a little wine. Marinate for about 30 minutes for the meat to infuse.
- Potatoes, carrots peeled, washed, cut into thick pieces. Tomatoes washed, add areca zone.
- Put a little oil in the pot, saute the dried onion, minced garlic, add the tomatoes and stir-fry, then add the marinated beef and stir-fry, pour the water over the meat, and then simmer until the meat is tender. When the meat is soft, add the potatoes and carrots and continue to simmer until the potatoes and carrots are soft, season with spices, add ketchup and stir well.
- Tapioca flour mixed with cold water to dissolve, then slowly pour into the pot of meat, stirring while pouring until the gravy thickens. Turn off the stove and enjoy with hot rice or bread, fried vegetarian dumplings š
