¡Hola queridos Hivers! Sin duda el mes de diciembre es uno de los más bonitos del año, entre mis cosas favoritas de este mes obviamente es la comida y la bebida tradicional de mi país Venezuela, por eso antes de que termine este año les dejo la receta de un ponche casero.
Para realizarlo necesitamos
2 cajas de flan
4 tazas de leche
1 lata de leche condensada
500ml de ron
Hello dear Hivers! Without a doubt, the month of December is one of the most beautiful of the year, among my favorite things this month is obviously the traditional food and drink of my country Venezuela, so before the end of this year I leave you the recipe for a punch home.
To do it we need
2 boxes of flan
4 cups of milk
1 can of condensed milk
500ml rum
Primero se disuelven los 2 sobres de flan con las 4 tazas de leche y se llevan al fuego
First dissolve the 2 envelopes of flan with the 4 cups of milk and take to the fire
Luego cuando empiece a hervir se retira a un envase, cuando se enfría se lleva a la nevera, preferiblemente toda la noche para que cuaje.
Then when it starts to boil it is removed to a container, when it cools it is placed in the fridge, preferably overnight to set.
Al otro día se licúa el flan, la leche condensada y se le va agregando el ron al gusto.
The next day the flan and condensed milk are blended and the rum is added to taste.
¡Y listo! Tenemos un ponche navideño, como adicional le pueden agregar canela, vainilla, nuez moscada, ralladura de naranja… Si quieren ponerse más creativos también se le puede agregar galletas.
