The idea for meatballs in sauce - according to my grandmother's old recipe

Probably everyone prepares meatballs in sauce in their favorite way! It all depends on the taste and the way you prepare this food, children are favorites, they are so small and delicious in the blink of an eye.
My meatballs are reduced to a slightly sweet variant, ideal because it dilutes the tomato sauce in which they are simmering.
I would like to mention that you can first fry the onion that needs to be added to the minced meat before adding it, but it is not obligatory, it will also give it a sweeter taste.
Basically, meatballs are one of the favorite dishes in my family, and this is the way I prepare them.

When we have combined the mixture, we add bread crumbs as needed so that it is neither sparse nor very thick, just enough to form small balls from the mixture you got.

Put a little oil to warm up well and then fry each meatball on both sides to get a golden color.

When they get a nice golden color, take them out of the pan and put them in a fireproof pan.

This is the way my grandmother prepared them, we as children adored them meatballs in sweet sauce, otherwise children love sweets. Today, I also prepare them for my family, and my son is most happy with them when he has them as part of lunch.
