Fresh Shrimp Tartar with Mango and Avocado

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (450Grams)
  • Avocados(2)
  • Mango (1)
  • Lime (1)
  • Cucumber '1/2)
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons (2)
  • Shallot (1)
  • Guérande salt1.
  • Pepper
  • Dill (4 or 5 sprigs)
  • Green Tabasco (8 to 10 drops)

Instructions :

  1. Open the avocados, remove the pit, cut them into small cubes and sprinkle with lime juice.

  2. Peel the mango. And cut it into small cubes.

  3. Peel half a cucumber and cut it into small cubes as well

  4. Peel the shrimp, then cut them into small pieces.

  5. Mix the diced mango, avocado and cucumber cubes, shrimp pieces, chopped shallot, remaining lime juice, olive oil, Tabasco sauce, Guérande salt (according to taste), pepper and chopped dill.

  6. Arrange the tartars on your plates using a cookie cutter.
