Sweet cookies with strawberry jam

Happy weekend, today is a sweet recipe with the citrusy combination of strawberries. This fruit is super to combine it in any dessert, cakes or cookies. I had some time without preparing cookies for my children. I took advantage of the fact that strawberries are cheap, a tray for only 2$. Here I show you this preparation.

Tenía tiempo sin preparar galletas para mis hijos. Aproveche que la fresa está económica, una bandeja por tan solo 2$. Aquí te muestro esta preparación.

Ingredients

200 grams of leavening wheat flour
80 grams of sugar for the cookie dough
2 tablespoons of butter
400 grams of strawberry
125 grams sugar for strawberry jam
Vanilla to taste

Step 1

Paso 1

The first thing to do was to make the jam, cut the strawberries into slices, add 125 grams of sugar and vanilla to taste. Cook until the liquid is ready. Set aside.

Lo primero fue realizar la mermelada, para ello corte las fresas en rodajas, coloque los 125 gramos de azúcar y ls vainilla al gusto. Lleve a cocción hasta ver qué el líquido esperara. Reserve.

For the cookie dough, just add the two tablespoons of butter, the sugar and combine both ingredients. Then incorporate the wheat flour and form a soft dough.

Para la masa de las galletas, solo coloque las dos cucharadas de mantequilla, el azúcar y uni ambos ingredientes. Luego incorpore la harina de trigo y forme una masa suave.

Take portions of the dough to make round cookies and place a hole in the middle. Place them on a round tray.

Tome porciones de la masa para realizar las galletas redondas y coloque un orificio en el medio. Estás las coloque en bandeja redonda.

Place strawberry jam on each cookie and bake in the oven.

Coloque en cada galleta, mermelada de fresa y lleve a hornear.

A sweet snack for today's afternoon. With these ingredients only 6 cookies came out.
