Hot Chocolate
Greetings to you food lover reader, today I brought a recipe very easy to make, with few ingredients and perfect to prepare something with a special touch to the visit, snack with cookie or warm the body on a cold day.
I bring you a hot chocolate drink Melao's Melena style with an intense, unique and fresh flavor, just like all the recipes I have shared with you.
This drink seems ideal to me because it has ingredients that are inexpensive and easy to access, and it also puts an end to that craving for a piece of chocolate.
Enjoy!
1 liter of liquid milk
50 g cocoa powder
150 g sugar
25 g corn starch
1 tablespoon of instant phase
½ tablespoon cinnamon poder
Sift the cocoa powder through a sieve and set aside.
Place in a saucepan: milk, cornstarch, sugar, sifted cocoa powder, cinnamon and instant coffee. mix with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Stir the mixture over medium heat and stir constantly, preferably with a silicone paddle to prevent the chocolate from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
At this point, due to the heat, the cocoa powder will be diluted and the chocolate will gradually thicken.
