Receipt for my Homemade Salad:
Ingredients:
- Assorted vegetables (e.g., lettuce, spinach, cucumber, bell peppers)
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Blueberries
- Tuna fish
- Cheese (your preferred type)
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Black pepper
- Sweet paprika
Salad Dressing:
- Avocado oil
- Apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the assorted vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the avocado into cubes and slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Rinse the blueberries and drain the tuna fish.
- Grate or cube the cheese.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the vegetables, avocado, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, tuna fish, and cheese.
- Sprinkle the desired amount of pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika over the salad.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together approximately 1 tablespoons of avocado oil and 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother) to make the salad dressing.
- Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning or dressing as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade salad!
