-Ya tenía las lentejas remojadas hace días con bicarbonato y las había congelado, las limpie primero porque a veces traen basuritas o piedritas muy pequeñas de la recolección, entonces hay que revisar y lavarlas muy bien.
-I had already soaked the lentils days ago with baking soda and I had frozen them, I cleaned them first because sometimes they have very small debris or pebbles from the collection, so you have to check and wash them very well.
-Las puse a hervir con los huesitos ahumados hasta ablandar a fuego medio.

-Luego lave y corte los aliños, el chorizo y el plátano, en una sartén, puse un chorrito de aceite y calenté, agregando los trocitos de chorizo hasta que estuvieran doraditos, agregue los aliños mezclando hasta cocinar.
-Then wash and cut the seasonings, the chorizo and the plantain, in a frying pan, I put a little bit of oil and heated, adding the pieces of chorizo until they were golden brown, add the seasonings and mix until cooked.
-Ya las lentejas están bien cocidas, le agrego el sofrito de aliños con chorizo y el plátano.

Le agregue la sal, el cubito, paprika al gusto, pimienta y dejo hervir para que agarre sabor y que se cocine el plátano que le da un toque medio dulzón a la mezcla que es muy rico en este tipo de preparación ligado con lo salado.
