World Food Safety Day: My favorite food

World celebrates food Safety Day today on 7th June in order to increase awareness about the importance of good and to make people know the foodborne hazards.

Maintaining food quality is a big task and sometimes we are unable to maintain the quality of the food we eat. Sometimes we have undercooked food or sometimes vegetables we eat are not ripe but chemicals have been used on them.

Guys, let me tell you one important thing: I am foodie but I have always looked for the healthy aspects of the things I eat because I understand that it is food that helps us live a happy and good life.

For me, if someone wants to live a good and energetic life, one must understand the importance of breakfast. We wakeup after 8 hours sleep and our stomach is completely empty at that hour. At that time a good breakfast with some tea is a must thing.

I have omelette along with yogurt and parathas with a cup of hot tea that energize me and make me able to stay energized all the day long.

But, we must not forget that having fruit in the morning is the real charger. I prefer having fruit shakes in the morning and this makes me fully charged for all the challenges of the day.

And, we must not forget that water is also another important part of our diet. It is really important to keep us hydrated all the day long and boost up our energy level at the hours of need. Water is the best kind of food, for me. It is cheap it is always available and it keeps your body going. We must keep in mind that water we drink needs to be really clean, pure and safe.

After water, I think lunch is the most important kind of food. Lunch is basically the preparation for the remaining tasks of the day. It brings back the charge we might have lost while working from morning to noon. Fresh and healthy lunch keeps our health really fine and we never get tired of enjoying our day when we have had good food.
