Pumpkin with honey and walnut 🎃

Hello fellow chefs. I hope you are hungry for something sweet, because today I have prepared a dish to sweeten my Monday
The dish I prepared is a combination of sweet pumpkin, a bit bitter taste of walnut and very sweet honey

I'm a person who likes to cook, and that's according to my imagination. I almost never follow recipes, but I'm still careful with the quantities haha

The good thing about this recipe is that it combines only three ingredients which are pumpkin, homemade honey if you want to get one and walnuts

We prepare our ingredients and then begins the big task of cutting the pumpkin, which for me is one of the most difficult things in cooking this dish

Basically I'm a strong and independent Yen and I always try to get by in the kitchen but here I hit a rock because if you've cooked pumpkin you know how hard it is she whites and flies. That's why I asked my friend to help me in this not easy task. Still, I regret that I tried on my own, but the only thing I achieved was cutting my hand

And when my friend struggled with the hard and elephantine part of the pumpkin I set about making it thin and fine in circles

For me personally, pumpkin is a dish that can be used for many different types of dishes in the kitchen, both savory and sweet.I personally like to make it during the winter season because now is the season of pumpkins here and since it's cold outside I paint the feeling of layeringfrom this sweet meal and sit down to watch some romantic movie as sweet as her

Cut the pumpkin into piles or shapes that are pleasing to us.While we prepare it, we set the oven to 200 degrees

I work with homemade honey, which I love very much. Not for you, but when winter comes, it's my hobby to cook sweets with me at home in the warmth

And after the pumpkin is cut, the oven is heated and honey is well layered on it in an abundant amount and again according to how sweet you like it.
We are ready to layer it in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour
