Cheat day it is !

Hello foodies!
I hope you all are doing good ! Today I am here with a interesting food which i ate today in a cafe of India .
I am a big foodie, though I maintain a track of my calories and eat healthy throughout leaving at-least 1 cheat day a week .
I was craving badly for some yummy food , so i went to have some delicious food at a famous restaurant.

This is a dish names as Stem on steam !
Its is made from the stems of lotus (flower)
And trust me , its just so delicious! It includes some of the fine spices and tastes so royal and chic.
The taste is more of chunky with a tint of sweetness in it .
The crispy nature makes the dish more appealing and chewy . U couldn’t literally ignore my taste buds and was craving for this more and more !

Secondly, I had Pizza , which was super cheesy and super yummy . Today , i Cannot resist my words! It was that yummy . I have had a lot of pizza’s in past but this one was surely the cheesiest .
The crust was medium crisp with tangy and spicy flavourings , the filling was cheesy and had proper amount of veggies, not to less and not too much !
Therefore, I could spend my money on the right place which was beyond expectations and so could I satisfy my craving needs ! Indeed the best food date.

Do you also crave for such junks at-least once a week ?
Or do you also prefer eating cheat meals once a week maybe?

I so want to know , your opinions on it . Also the fact that for me cheat meals help me to progress better as according to me when we follow a particular diet for long , our body gets adapted to it and when we break that through cheat meals , it helps in progressing better .
It is an effective way indeed !

Food is life😂

Food is life for sure. For me junk Is life, precisely.
Though the past year , i have sacrificed a lot for junks and reduced 23 kgs in a row . The journey was tough but surely worth it . I feel more active now and more flexible!
Continuous working out , along with diet made me transform drastically . But still I feel that if i maintain a balance between the two , I could live a healthy life along with all my food desires .
What are your thoughts on it ?
Do you also love junk and fitness together?
If you do so , are you able to strike a balance between the two ?
