I'm going to share one of the healthiest dish I ever made in my kitchen this winter. As everyone knows, winters are almost going to be end so I thought I should finish the fish I have in my freezer.
You will love trying this recipe out because fish is itself healthy but I added ingredients which is beneficial and much-needed for our health. Every ingredient that I included in this recipe is having medicinal properties.

Finger Fish Fry
Fish is filled with calcium, minerals (iron, iodine, zinc), vitamin D & B12 along with omega-3 fatty acids so we should consume once a week to fulfil our body needs. Health is made in the kitchen that's why we should all prefer healthy food over junk.
Let's get started with recipe:
⚡️ Ingredients:
- 750gm finger fish
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp red pepper
- 1tsp all spice powder
- 1/2tsp carom seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1tsp roasted cumin
- 1tsp coriander seeds
- 1 lemon
- 1 egg
- 3tbsp corn flour
- 4tbsp all purpose flour
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
- breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for frying
Note: You can skip any ingredient from spices and add your preferred spice but rest of the ingredients should remain the same.
💫 Method:
- Put the washed and dried finger fish into a bowl and add all dry spices
- Now add rest of the ingredients as shown in the video
- Mix very well and let the marinated fish set for an hour at least so that it can absorb all the spices
- Now coat each of the piece into breadcrumbs and deep fry until brown coloured
- Serve hot with lemon and enjoy
You can serve finger fish fry with any delicious sauce or lemon. Choice is yours!
