We all love eating fancy and easiest one breakfast in the morning so that we can enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea. Here I'm going to share a recipe of banana pancakes. You will love it. One can make easily if you already have ripped bananas.
Banana Pancakes
⚡️ Ingredients:
- 3 ripped bananas
- 3tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 3tbsp brown sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
💫 Method:
- Mash 3 bananas
- Put all dry ingredients and mix them well
- Now add all wet ingredients and mix altogether
- Take a non-stick pan and add 1tbsp butter
- Pour a whole spoon of batter into pan in a round shape
- Flip it to another side when you see bubbles on the pancake
- Make other pancakes in the same way and serve hot with honey or caster sugar
