Before I start lets check the health benefits of eggs; we all know that eggs are rich in nutrient and are jam parked with benefits therefore an average 2 eggs served a day contain 82% of daily vitamin D requirements, 25% of daily Riboflavin requirements, 50% daily folate requirements and 40% of daily selenium requirements
- eggs are great source of vitamin D
- its a very good source of Omega-3s
- Eggs are beneficial for the eye as it contain Antioxidants
- They are fillings and help with weight management
- Egg support in reducing stress and help better mental health
- Egg provide good source of protein
- it provide good level of cholesterol
Please Note: fillings and help with weight management means if you wish to reduce eat at least 2 - 3 boiled eggs every day to help fill you and reduced the level of food intake per day.
Source:. Relatively low in calories and a rich source of quality protein, eggs are one of the best food options to assist with weight management. The high satiety levels of eggs leads to greater feelings of satisfaction, less hunger and a lower desire to eat later in the day, meaning you’ll be less inclined to reach for that mid-afternoon snack.
Studies have found that eating eggs can make you feel full for longer by:
Increasing levels of a hormone that helps you feel satisfied after eating
Keeping energy levels higher
Boosting metabolic activity
Delaying the rate at which food leaves the stomach
Eggs are packed full of high-quality protein, making them ideal as part of many different dietary patterns that can assist people in managing their weight. Consuming eggs can also help reduce variations in glucose levels, which can have great lasting benefits in regulating eating patterns.
Back to how I love my eggs prepared, as we all know eggs are prepared in different ways all over the world but in this case here in Nigeria we have different ways in preparing our eating eggs
What you need
3 eggs

Curry powder
Thyme
vegetable oil
Preparation process
step 1. wash and cut garlic, red bale pepper and onion
step 2. crack the 3 eggs into a bow add the cut onion, garlic, and red bale pepper
also add pitch of thyme, curry, salt and seasoning, whisk the mixture properly
step 3. heat your frying pan and add the vegetable oil then allow for 2 minutes add the mixture into the pan and allow to fry 3 minutes, as for me I love my fried egg thicken therefore I adjust while in the pan pushing together why is frying ie to say i do not like flat fry eggs.
