Hello there, hello everyone!
Ok, I start by telling you that yesterday and today were very busy days, so today I came back knock out. So, mostly as a way to report back, I'm sharing with you my snack for today.
I work in a restaurant, and if you have ever been in my place you will know that there are days when you serve a dish or a dessert that leaves you craving it until you get home.
Well, today that was my case. Besides, the rainy day deserved it, because since yesterday it hasn't stopped raining for a single second!
I guess I had no better option than to get home and after a short nap, wake up with some hot and sour mates. Remember I told you about mate a few days ago? YOU CAN SEE IT HERE
And to top it off... pancakes with dulce de leche!
That's it, with this snack I feel my day is complete. While it's still raining outside, I'm fortunate to be sitting at home, with a delicious snack. What more could I ask for?
Although it is a very simple recipe, I know there are different ways to prepare pancakes. Here I will tell you briefly about the recipe I follow, which was shared with me by the owner of a restaurant where I used to work.
Approximately 6 pancakes// Aproximadamente 6 panqueques.

Curiosity: dulce de leche is very common in Argentina and Uruguay, but... what would you normally fill pancakes with?
