Are you for Homemade Burgers or just buy from outside!? Check my Crispy Chicken Burger I did for lunch today! Easy and quick to realize!

Happy Sunday everyone!

I hope you are all having a great weekend with friends and families!

Today was a rainy Sunday - It's been raining whole day and still rain pouring! And in such weather...I wanted to make a sandwich with burger buns at home! 99% of time we eat home made foods, on very rare occasion we go out for diner... and most of the time we are not that satisfied when we dine outside!

So better we cook ourselves and make them to our taste!

Let me show you how to make the Crispy Chicken Burger earlier for lunch today...In less than an hour you can make it...

First of all I cut in thin slices the chicken breast and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic paste, fresh basil and mustard paste!

I then simply dusted each slice of chicken in cornstarch (twice) and deep fried till crispy and cooked!

After taking off from the oil, place the crispy chicken on oil absorbing paper, to take off excess of oil!

That was the most 'difficult part' of making a homemade burger...

Below are the different ingredients you will need to mount the burger :

  • Burger buns / Lettuces / Tomato / Cucumber / Onion slices
  • Cheddar Cheese / Crispy Chicken
  • Cocktail Sauce -Mayo + Ketchup mainly!

Preps...

Now that all veggies are cut and chicken cooked...we can go ahead and start mounting our burger!
