Hello everyone!
It's been 3 years since giving birth to my second child, I've gained weight. One of the factors that makes it difficult for me to lose weight is prolonged stress, so when I'm stressed I like to eat sweets and foods that can lift my mood. Unknowingly my weight went up to 75 kg. Another factor that made me gain weight was the lack of exercise. I'm too tired to move at work and it makes me lazy to exercise.
My resolution for 2022 is that I really want to have children. It's been three years since we decided to go child free and it's time this year to start over.
One of the first steps to starting a pregnancy program is losing weight. I should be back thin in 3 months by 5-10 kg of my current body weight.
I told my husband to do a simple diet by starting a healthy life. Minimize junk food and better cook at home. Reduce excess oil and consume low-calorie foods and exercise regularly.
I don't know if it's possible to start, but clearly I have to learn to start.
So yesterday after seeing @qurator's post and Hive Top Chef theme is; Healthy Food, I thought about making a list of healthy foods. Which means this makes me even more motivated to go on a diet, right? So I thought to make simple dishes. #HiveTopChef
